Getting to know Israr Razaq
Dr Razaq is a passionate dentist that aims to provide excellence in dental care. He was shortlisted as ”Best Young Dentist Finalist” in the Dentistry Awards 2018 and was awarded ”Best Dental Treatment Provider in Lincolnshire” 2019.
After graduating from Kings College London in 2010, he completed further training in implantology, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry under some of the leaders of dentistry.
He also completed dental education training and enjoys teaching and mentoring other dentists to help them reach their full potential.

Charity Work
Israr is a dedicated co-founder of Empower & Evolve Charity, with a passion for creating positive change through charitable work both locally and internationally. His efforts focus on improving access to healthcare and supporting vulnerable communities in need.
Through his charity, Israr established a dental clinic in Kashmir, where he provides annual, free dental care to underserved populations. Empower & Evolve also enables volunteer dentists to serve in Kashmir, offering care to those unable to afford treatment. Beyond dental services, Israr’s efforts led to the creation of a maternity unit in the region, providing essential maternal care. His commitment extends to fundraising and hands-on support for various charitable initiatives in the UK.
Israr’s dedication to service includes raising funds and volunteering with local charities. In 2023, he completed the Great Eastern Run, raising over £1,500 for cancer research, and he’s preparing for the London Marathon in 2025. During the Covid-19 lockdown, he helped provide meals to the homeless, and before that, conducted cancer screenings for elderly residents in Spalding care homes, demonstrating his consistent support for those in need.
